Sir' I, Shyam Narain Rai holder of ATM card No[protected] valid up to April 2014, had applied for its renewal on[protected] at ALLAPUR branch At Allahahabad UP but the same has not so for been issued to me making evasion of non availability of ATM Cards at Allapur branch.Since I am suffering from financial inconvenience for want of Debit CARD to make transactions from my a/c, please look into the matter and arrange for issue of new Debit Card to me soon please.
