[Resolved]  United Colors Of Benetton — bad quality of item

this is to bring to your notice that i recently bought a shirt from the UCB showroom, sector -17, chandigarh and i am very disappointed with the quality . the shirt is from the "STILE BENETTON" collection ( color :901, theme : E25, MEN/ LIGHT WINTER). that was the last piece in the showroom in that particular colour in fresh arrivals. i have worn the shirt just once and the cloth is getting worn out from the back . i have not even washed the shirt . i am attaching few pictures along with this complaint so that you understand my problem better. i request you to take my complaint into consideration and solve my problem as soon as possible. thank you!
