United Colors Of Benetton — Bad quality shoes received at double price then in online store

I have purshased few items from ucb store in westend mall pune. I bought shoes worth 2500. While the same shoes i am getting online for 1500 at myntra. Even the product of the shoes is very bad. It has started cracking. The tshirt i bought for 1900 inr is sold on myntra at 899. I was very sad after seeing those prices on myntra. I am feeling cheated. I request return for the shoes and tshirt sold to me at exorbidant prices. Please help.

Store person refused to exchange products. He added a new rule saying that the product can not be exchanged against new arrival. Why this is not mentioned in exchange policy. I am panning to move to consumer court and I have eveidance of store keeper saying this to me.
