United Colors Of Benetton — complaint about shrinkage of shirt after 3 washes

hi, i am Dr. Ankit R Makwana i bought a plain white shirt from UCB in infiniti mall but after few washes it got shrinked by few inches n now it doesnt fit me i had given my shirt for exchange on 23rd september 2014 but no positive reply as of now from your store in infiniti malad. i need the shirt exchanged asap or a cash refund or credit note or else i would lodge a serious complaint in consumer court for so much delay in reply and also wasting my hard earned money on the shrinked shirt which doesnt even fit me now.
