i bought two sweaters and it stared peeling off in just one wear and when i went to complaint about it i talked to store manger about the same first a fall he was very rude when i showed him the products he said its not his mistake and he was not having solution for that. I said him that are you trying to say that we should not buy benetton products he said maam thats completly your wish but this products will remain like this only. that was very rude on his part and this leads to a regular customer of yours unsatisfied.
