United Colors Of Benetton — Complaint regarding change in color of shoes

I brought my dark grey coloured shoes from a Benetton store in Lucknow few days back.. But when I washed them for the very first time, its colour faded or changed to light grey . This change in colour is more in the front part while less at the sides, making shoe look very ugly.. So I request you to please look into my complain and replace the product at the earliest..
