I purchased a large size black full sleaves tshirt from UCB Ahmedabad store of 2500rs 1 month ago.I tried it in store and was perfectly fit on me.But after just wearing for the 1st time, its size was getting bigger and bigger from the 1st day itself.I have not washed that tshirt also and it was fresh from the store i was wearing.I went to the store and returned that t shirt and submitted the complaint regarding this.Even they compared my large tshirt with the same Xl size t shirt and my large tshirt was bigger than it.They told me to wait for 15 days as they were going to send that product to quality check department.After 20 days i visited the store to enquire about my t shirt as i have not received any response from the store.And they told me that the complaint department has rejected my complain and gave me a reason of ironing for its size problem.How can i iron the fresh tshirt and also by ironing its not going to be of that earlier size.I didn't accepted the tshirt and thought of submitting the online complain. So please do needful in this case and do response me as soon as poosible.Hope for your instant reply
