Dear Sir, I have purchased six kids articles in sale 50% discount CM No: 662-3020 dated 24/1/2014 a/m Rs 4144.35 from Gwalior DD mall. They have charged VAT Extra @5%. VAT is already included in MRP then why they have charge additionally. When we have to request to your ASM Mr. Hassan (Mob:[protected] to provide customer care contact o[censored]CB, he refused and told download from Google.
