I am my wife visited your stores of 17 SHAKESPERE SARANI, KOLKATA – 71; on 29th July, 2014 evening. My wife liked one dress and tried that. She found it good, and we decided to buy. While buying, we also liked two other shirts, and bought the same size without trying it.
Yesterday, she found that the other two dresses are not fitting properly, and she called the shop to exchange. The floor manager Sk Shamim Akhtar stated that nothing can be exchanged as at that time some SALE was going on. I heard so from my wife, and called him, and he stated the same.
I think this is absolutely unjustified, as this is a standard item, and there are many more in the shop. We are NOT asking our money back, but to exchange the same thing with a different size, so that we can use it. Hope our problem will be solved. Madan Mohan Chakraborty. ([protected])
