[Resolved]  United India Insurance — medical reimbursement

Hi, Due to the emergency, we have undergone one major operation in one private hospital in chennai. that hospital. that hospital mentioned that they are accepting the united india insurance. and then we have contacted with united india insurance branch office regarding reimbursement. the united india insurance officers said they will accept the reimbursement other than the network hospital. What is the use of this insurance policy? Why they are not reimburse if we hospitalize not in the united india insurance's network hospital.? Pls let me know if you need more info on this.
