United India Insurance — Regarding rejected claim

I have submit my file on 4 june and insurance have sent me two shortfall letter to submit one is tpa chart and medicine chart and another one patient admit for 24 hrs instead of 23 hrs both paper issued by doctor has been submitted though they reject my claim reason patient hospitalisation less than 24 hrs so pl look into matter and sort out my claim
