[Resolved]  UniverCell — faulty mobile phone

I had made a purchase of one nokia lumia 625 from one of the stores of the above stated franchise on 20th of december.my invoice no is p..m.dr/4969. after a day o[censored]sing the phone, I had experienced a multiple number of erratic hangs.on 23th of December I personally went over to the store hoping for a replacement as I felt there was nothing else you could possibly do to a phone that has manufacturing defects by default.but the cold shoulder treatment and the insensitiveness of the store has compelled me to lodge this complain.the store's address is univercell, devaraj urs road, Mysore, Karnataka.
