My name is Ronald. I booked a ticket from chennai to velankanni. the trip is on 25/04/2015, PNR: UNI 1183816, i booked through PAYTM. The paytm ticket id: OAW7Z6, order id:[protected].I contacted the bus operators.They said the bus has been cancelled. But i didn't received any calls or messages from their side. i contacted an agent from universal customer care he said the bus is available.
