University Grants Commission — for delay of providing final year marksheet and graduation certificate

Respected sir I mr ENBOKLANG S DKHAR student of down town college of allied health sciences, panikhaity, Assam under SRIMANTA SANKARADEVE UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES, ASSAM session of[protected] & course Bsc medical laboratory. As cites in the above subject I would like complaint that the result has been declare on 1st of april 2015 but till date no marksheet has been produce to any of the student or relevent document which will be enable to apply job or for higher studies, this delaying of issuing relevent certificate cause many problem to every student of the batch inform above.
