University Of Madras — No progress in issuance of my Degree Certificate

Respected Sir/Madam, My enrolment no. is 97UBA3506 completed BBA in the year May 2000. Due to some personal reasons i couldnot collect my Degree Certificate. On 19th Feb 2015, i paid the fees of Rs.925 for my convocation and submitted the Challan & Form to the BBA Certificate section, but today 23/04/2015 even after 2 1/2 months, when i spoke to the particular department, i come to know that my paper has not been moved from her table. When spoken to her today, she says that i only need to come personally and move the papers from department to department if i really need my certificate and moreover, she is very rude in talking. As an University Staff who handles the public should not be such irresponsible person. Moreover reside near Madipakkam and i have travelled more than 5 times to the University and tried to fasten the movement of my paper but in vain. Kindly request you to do the needful.
