University18 — Illegal and unprofessional company

My registered myself for this inexperienced, clueless company called University 18 where they do not have managers and their staff is pathetic and uneducated. I also searched what other people feel about University 18 and found that no one is happy with thier services. MY case is being prepared by the lawer and i will ensure I win By bharatchugani The Company is being run by inexperienced staff who are actually not interested in finding a solution for your problems. There are so many other complaints against them which have not been taken seriously by University 18. I called University 18 and a lady said she is willing to help me and transfer me to a teenager guy, who said i will check my system to see my system is updated with latest technologies. What latest technologies are required to run a crappy website i do not understand, i asked him why you don't create a website that works with all technologies and laughingly he said sir this is our best. I asked him to call a manager, he called another guy who said i am the supervisor, i said i want to talk to the manager, he said we don't have manager and i am the technical supervisor. I need to learn online and what that has to do with the technical supervisor, finally they started investigating my computer by opening their scripts, changing browsers but still failed. I said what is your refund policy, he said i do not know, i said where is your refund policy i will read and will understand, he said we do not have any refund policy. So this company takes our money, hire part time employees, do not have any policies, do not have any managers also they are not registered by UGCA to run programs. They are fake and a small institute frauding people to eat their money. They should be banned for ruining people future by selling 3rd class programs, which are not good for anyone.
