Unknown Caller — Unknown calls from the number [protected]

I'm getting calls from a unknown man from the number [protected]. When i tried to call this number, its not connecting it says you cannot call this number. I tried to find his name over the true caller, but i couldn't catch any details. We depressed with this unknown caller. I kindly request you take appropriate action. He should not play with others in future. Thank you.
