Unknown — Hoax Calls from Unknown Number

I'm getting frequent missed calls from this mobile number [protected]. The call gets disconnected the moment I pick up the call. When I try to call back at this number, the call gets disconnected. There are 20-25 calls every day. This is causing a big harassment to me as I keep getting calls from this number throughout the day, even until midnight.
