Mai "aircel" ka customer hu, aur mera aircel number ye h- [protected] (Bhagalpur, sabour), maine apne aircel number pe 29.06.2015 ko ₹148 ka gprs pack dalwaya tha, jiske antargat mujhe 1.25 gb gprs milna chaiye tha, lkin wo mujhe nai mila, aur aircel ke taraf se sirf ek "dd-etopup" ka ek message aaya jisme recharge successful ka msg tha, par check krne par koi gprs pack nai aaya tha, aur aircel ke customer care ko bhi call nai ja rha, baar baar busy batata h, aur turant apne aap call cut ho jata h,
