U. P. S. R. T. C — Sold the same ticket for multiple people

I have booked a ticket from hyderabad to pune online. so when I reached the pick up point the bus did not stop even, we have stopped the bus with great difficulty. And when I asked about my seat they wer like your bus got cancelled and they are least bothered and just gave their manager's number and that manger dont even pick up the calls even when he picked up the call he just told " mein busy hoon" thats it . These people should learn a lesson . They are creating lot of inconvineince to people . this traveles must be banned. And this is not the first time in facing an issue.please consider this and act as soon as possible.
