[Resolved]  Urdoorstep Eretail — Regarding the orders i made and prepaid for orders

Sir,
This is regarding the order for fruits and vegetables i booked online on july 19th and delivered on july 20th, and i prepaid by credit card. They have delivered all the items by night 10.30 pm, except watermelon which they forgot to deliver. I had informed to delivery boy and also had made a note and even the same day at night i sent mail to the customer care at urdoorstep.com, for the same. Again, next day also i called to customer care by waiting longtime on the line wasting my money and time and informed the problem, they said we will check and deliver the same day, but never did the delivery. Again sent mail next day n wasted my time called to customer care, they told the same dialogue, we will try to deliver today by 4 pm, but never turned up.

On 20th night, when i asked delivery boy, he said it was not in stock, but when i checked online it was there in stock, that means the delivery people had forgot to pack the item while dispatching.

I am thinking is this the way they do to all the customers, people who pay money by credit card, i know it's a small money, but it's their duty at the same time to solve customer problem too, not only looking into booking and delivery. Three mails i had sent and called twice, but still not solved the problem.. They can take order n deliver fast, y can't they solve this problem too i am asking.. I want this problem to b solved at anycast. Pls look into the matter at the earliest.
