Dear sir, I have been the user of the above machine since 2010. My machine is serviced every year regularly. I got my machine serviced on 28.102014 and service contract renewed for the period upto 27.10.2015. After a week the machine started leaking and a complaint was lodged with your local office. Since then a period of two month has elapsed but nobody from the company ever bothered to attend the complaint, even after series of exchange of phone calls. This attitude is unbearable and a severe blow to the reputation of the company. Please look into the matter immediately and do the needful at the earliest.
