My self ramesh poray i have purchase one plastic body water cooler in the june month 2013, immediate after six month it was giving trouble. I have lodge complain then service engineer attended and replaced water pump motor. After one year again got problem that time engineer taken charge for visit and told send to service center. Accordingly have taken to serivce center located at sankchi, jamshedpur but after two month there is no response after repeated chasing.
