The servicing of pumps has great limitations.the complaint process is as follows.Day 1 complain is registered..Day 2.you follow up with helpline. Receive assurances.but no service. Day 3 again follow up with helpline.. More assurances but no service. If you are lucky you may be promised a technician. Day 4 earliest possible for technician visit.Day 5 technician visits.Checks fault.does not carry spare parts.Has to procure parts from warehouse next day.Day 6 technician comes with parts, hopefully fixes fault..
