I have lodged the complaint on 16/10/2016 regarding subject juicer id 1405872. No action has been taken so far i just want my refund as the juicer even after replacement did not work. I am 76 years old and not keeping well and not able to running about. The juicer was purchased from lotus at hoshangabad road bhopal on 1/10/2016
