Hi sir /madam,

I've applied for new pan card my coupon number is n[protected] it's showing status as "application is withheld for processing due to incomplete details / documentary proof. Please contact to the pan centre where pan application submitted". What should i do now? I have also tried to contact uti infra mumbai office but i am getting continuously line busy error and they are not giving reply to my mail as well. Please help me & resolve this issue.
