UTI Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited [UTIITSL] — Deducted payment but token no not given for pan application

On[protected] i applied for a new pan application and filled up the form as per attachement, and paid for the same through my credit card. The payment got deducted from my account.

But no token or receipt no is given to me on account o[censored]ti site crash.

I tried to contact customer care, but no response i get from them neither i got my payment back nor i receive the token number
