I sent my application for pan card along with documents a week ago to their. The status of my application online still reads document not received. I tried calling them regarding the problem but none of their 4 numbers connect. Neither have i got any reply to my complaint mail. I have tried everything short of marching in there with my application. I am worried that this just might be a scam. Is this the official government body for pan or just another agent service?
