Transaction failure UTIISL website and money debit while correction of PAN details through physical application mode on UTIISL website...

I applied for the name correction on the website. Until you pay the form the web site is live. Once the payment was done. Application and site is showing server down and once you refresh showing new application. if there is no application or reference Number was send to our mobile number or E-mail id why they are taking to much information from us. Biggest scam site. Don't loose your money....

My mother had applied for a pan card several years back and she use it but as time passes the card got damaged so I request the pancard issuing agency UTI to reprint the mentioned pancard but the customer executive said that they don't have any such records regarding that particular pancard that means they have no no data about the issued pancard number. Hello,
I was trying to apply for change in signature of pan, so I googled the sites and https://www.pan.utiitsl.com/ came up. It looked legit so I applied through the platform and paid the sum mentioned. As soon the amount was debited, the site closed and when i checked the status of application it says "not completed". I'm pretty sure I completed it AND THEN WAS BROUGHT TO THE PAYMENT GATEWAY. Fraud site, so beware!! I have attached...
