UTIITSL — Pan Card issue

I have applied for the pan card on 8th of may 2015 by online through utitsl and submitted all the documents to the Kolkata region address but after 25- 30 days also I have not received any information regarding the pan card status and it is only showing that application is under verification where as one of my friends who applied offline has already got the pancard. So kindly look into the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible.
