Ideal Enterprises - HP Gas Agency — No one is picking the call on the given no.
I have transferred the gas from SLV enterprises to Ideal enterprises on Saturday and I'm trying to book the refill on the hp 24 hrs booking no.[protected] And I'm getting the response saying I need to reach out to agency, can someone look into such cases immediately. I have booked cylinder 12 days back and paid also online. Till now cylinder is not delivered. If i call office they are giving me false promises tomorrow and asking me to call delivery boy. if call delivery boy he is disconnecting my call. Owner number is not shared with us. if i called office only two ladies are attending my calls and speaking with me very badly and asking me to take transfer of the cylinder.
They are refusing to share owner number and connect it to the owner also. what should i do?

Ideal enterprises provides the worst service ever. No one picks up the phone, once in a day if they do they speak so rudely give u half the info. And disconnect. Its been one month have not got the delivery of cylinder yet...concerned people pls take some action.
