[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo / Prepaid — unnecessary deduction | |||
I am Prasanjeet Verma, and have serious complaint against Tata docomo prepaid service. Its yesterday 25th Dec, i gave my cell phone to my wife ensuring that she will enough balance to make call whenever she is in need. However, when se really needed to call., she saw that her 39/- balance vanished suddenly. When i came to know about it, called customer care, they didn't provide any info about my balance deduction even after promising n number of times, i am yet to receive it. I am sure, this is is the major reason for all the bad incidence happening in our country every now and then with women because at the time of need they cant call to their relatives or family as no balance left in their phone. I want clear details about my deductions also refund of the same and fair action against these customer care executive people who dont have any sense and no humanity as this has happened many times.
