For this, we require the below mentioned details
1) Photo o[censored]ttamvastra Invoice
2) Photo of Courier Delivery Invoice
3) Photo of your Product
You can send us the above mentioned details on [protected]@uttamvastra.in
Once we receive the images, we will arrange a return pickup of your product.
In case if return pickup is not done within 7-10 business days, we request you to “Self Return” your product to us (via any postal / courier services) on the below given address and we will issue a refund in your bank account for a Maximum of Rs. 100 per product towards the Self Return charges.
