I purchased a Dress from uttamvastra.com on 29 oct 2015, the product received has very bad quality cloths material. So I called customer care to return order, as I am unsatisfied with product but now they are refusing saying we didn't ordered anything from the site. i purchased a suit from uttam vastra rs 799.but the quality of delivered product is not good.so i asked them to refund my money back.i have send filled refund form on[protected] and my product has been picked of[protected] but still i dont recieve any money in my account.i email him many times but they always say that your money back ib 4-5 days.i need to register their complain for Scam.Pls take action accordingly.
