Order no-277531, I took a kurti and due to the size issue I thought of returning and I returned the product by myself on 10th march 2016. Even I mailed the courier slip to uttam vastra as per they said. I called so many times but they kept on saying that they didn't receive the product but the courier company said they received and gave POD number as well! Now its been more than 3 month I haven't received my money. Some times they say that the parcel is received and sometimes not. Now I have to file a complaint against this if I didn't receive my money as soon as possible Was this information helpful? | |||||
