But my order is come to my shipping address and the courier boy said the order is cod and please pay 1198 rs. My debit card no. I understand your query for being asked to pay cash for your Order: 102176.
After checking your details, I would like to assure you that your order : 102176 is successfully paid via your bank card. Therefore, you are not entitled to pay cash again for the amount which you have already paid.
The Uttamvastra invoice which is sent to you also says that your product is already paid.
In cases like these where the courier boy demands for a cash payment, we request our customer's not to pay cash to the courier boy.
If your product is returned to us, we will re-dispatch your order to get it delivered to you.
