Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation — Complaining about a person claiming responsibilty of nagar nigam park

Sir,

I am a respected citizen of your area.I am living in L block pratap vihar. There is a park adjacent to my home, Dr Ambedkar park L block pratap Vihar. There is one person who is claiming charge of that park. Asking money for Maintenance of the park, on behalf of Nagar Nigam Ghaziabad . He is the One who allow or restrict the entry of the park. He is even asking money for the couples siting in Park in evening.He is not even the resident of the society in which park situated. His name is Puran Singh. As Per Mr puran Singh he is only the sole authority of the park and nagar nigam recruit him..

Sir, Please tell me Is he the authority for asking money for maintatnce of the Park?
Because park belongs to Nagar Nigam Ghaziabad.
Is Nagar Nigam Ghaziabad asking money from people come for morning walk.
He is ruining the name of Nagar Nigam Ghaziabad, and make use of that money for his personal need.
He is harassing us because we are not giving any money in the name of maintenance of the park. He try to throw us Out of the park.

Please look into the matter as it is become intolerable.
