[Resolved] Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation — Disconnection of electricity without providing bill | |||
This is regarding harassment by your Clyde road office for connection of Mr.Ajay Gupta on Ashok Marg. The bill is never provided to us and we get is collected ourself very month. However, today, a person from the Clyde Rd. came to our residence saying our bill is pending and gave the bill copy to us & immediately disconnected the electricity WITHOUT GIVING TIME TO PAY THE BILL. We are unable to understand what kind of customer service this is. How can they not provide time to the customer to pay & how can they disconnect without any warning? It seems the people here are totally rude & misbehaved. We need explanation for such instance & how it will be compensated & stopped in future. Was this information helpful? | |||
