No supply in smart meter after paying due bills even after one month. Bill generated without connection and that was also paid.

Compalints made repeatedly in whatsapp but only calls are received from them about if electric supply is coming or not....

I am newly shifted resident of Plot number 157, Gyan Khand 1 . The power has been cut since last 3 hours and the frequency of these power cuts is concerning. I am a student and I am unable to use wifi and my routine is hindered. Add to that I've no number where I can call and inquire the status of the power cut and expected resolution. Please atleast provide beforehand information about the Power cuts and a helpline number where we can forward...

I am recieving an sms every month regarding my power consumption from UPPCL but i am resident of Mumbai i have no familiar or social contact in UP.
I tried to contach UPPCL but havent got any response yet and bill amount is to high which i feel there is something wrong and the consumer number i am receiveing is [protected]....

We call to customer care number [protected] but customer care are not register my complaint.

Pls help to register my complaint....

The transformer of my locality has been damaged for the fifth time today, for which I have complained about 4 times to increase the capacity from 25kv to 63kv or more, but no result has come and my complaint has been resolved by saying that the capacity has been increased. While nothing like this has happened and junior engineer Jagdeesh Verma lies that it will be increased after inspection tomorrow while he does not do anything like this....

Our area's transformer has failured three times and the transformer doesn't lasts for a day.
It was the third day and the third transformer.

Its been more than 3 years since electricity meter was installed at my Village house. I have been receiving bills without any meter reading person visiting. Every time the bill is sent without proper reading. Current utilisation is less than 200 unit (as we dont stay there and is being used only when someone visits villages) but till date I have received bill with 799 units.
