Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Amount deducted but ticket is not received | |||
This was my first experience with upsrtc online which was bad ofcourse because i booked my ticket from kaushambi to Bareilly Satellite for dt. 29/10/2016, the amount(Rs. 436) was deducted but the ticket is not booked. Please either refund my money or send me my ticket. The online interface is also not so user friendly. It is sad to see that people are not getting proper public services and thus moving towards private sector. The website needs a lot of renovation and maintainence. Was this information helpful? | |||
