Hi team, My name is Mohd Imran Idreesi and I booked two tickets for AC shatabdi bus for a ride from Bareilly to kaushambi. On Nh24 near Rampur bus driver hit a car and the car passengers stopped the bus and took it to the rampur police station. Police locked up the driver and the journey has been called off by the conductor. He then and there refunded money to all the passengers who bought the ticket from window. However for online booking he informed that the money will be refunded online . Just want to inform you that I need my money to be refunded asap. It was an extremely poor service provided by upsrtc. There was no alternate available. You were unable to arrange a bus for us. We had to waste two hours in the police station and still no arrangements could be done by you. I always travelled in a shatabdi but after this ride I will prefer railways for my journey. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Dear officer, kindly refund back my ticket amount . Ref no.6465861. As i have cancelled my journey from volvo agra isbt to charbagh on 16aug 2016 for three tickets. Kindly refund back my amount without delay. As i have three mails to online support., not even a single.replied came. This is sort of.service.is rendered to passenger.
