As per our telephonic conversation on 8 dec 2014 ( between 5 pm to 5.45 pm from Tel.No +[protected]) . You had mention that assured gift will get dispatch within 24-48 hr after providing VG code. Today ( 10 dec 2014) you called me around 12.15 pm from Tel No. +[protected], dispatch will take some time. I am unable to understand why there is delay in dispatching it. If you are not able to fulfill the promise within given time limit provided by you.Why such fake promises you are giving to me...? another thing "Why different telephone numbers are being used for conversation?"
I need justification for same. I need quick response...!!!

Dear Vacation Gateway, I wanted to know the detail information about owner of this company and details information about callers on my cell phone. As i booked the your service/money transaction on 29th of Nov 2014 and some of your employed mentioned that package details and assured gift (Sony Xperia Z2 tablet 16GB). I have been calling regularly on[protected]/33 as well as +[protected]. Last time i received confirmation call from +[protected], which is about the confirmation of assured gift and sending vacation package. As per the person who called from +[protected], i will wait till 9th dec 2014 for receiving the holiday package at mentioned address.I have to provide a VGA code for assured gift after receiving the holiday package on provided address. If i found, you are cheating to me regarding this package.In such case, I will try to gather all call records as well as file the RTI and complaint against your company for same reason. Why the hell different peoples are calling for getting holiday package every time.The transaction id for purchase is SDL00030786. I am planning to email all the details to our PM Narendra Modi and Mr. Arvind Kejariwal...Why such fraud company is being running inside this country?. This is an intimation mail to your company before I proceed further for legal matter.

I need support from consumecomplaints.in to raise this issue in news media channel (ABP news, IBN, Zee news channels)...I have given deadline i.e 29th dec 2014 to vacations gateway...!!!

Till date not any single resolution by them...These peoples are making fool every times to victims/innocents...!!! I have call recording and now these peoples are denying for assured gift. These people collecting money from all parts of India. Now, I have decided to make strong action against them. I have call recordings...!! Let me see who is Mr.Abhishek, Mr.Ansh, Mr.Narayan etc etc. I know official master mind name is Mr.Prateek Srivastava ( account holder name) but actual person might be different one ...!!! Lets see who are they...!!! We can find out very easily from website owner name..!!! I wish bad/hard luck new year 2015 for them.
