[Resolved] Vacations Gateway — Not providing the Hotel accomodation package | |
Respected Sir,
I have purchased 4 nights & 5 days Hotel accommodation package for 4 persons from Vacations Gateway co. on Dated 8 December 2014 valid for one year from payment date.
I paid Rs 8549 by internet banking Transaction ID SDLOOO31256 ON Dated 8 December 2014.
Now I have requested the vacations Gateway co. for my Hotel accommodation package at Jaipur but company is not responding to my mail .
Kindly help me.

This is totally a fraud company.They are asking money from customers and then not responding. So just forget your money and if possible lodge a complaint against them.

Kindly, send hotel booking form on my mail immediately for RAJASTHAN PALACE HOTEL, JAIPUR or any available other hotel in Jaipur.
