Valsad Police — Not registering complaint for lost passport

My complain for lost passport is not been registered since 22 days by Valsad chipwad police station after requesting them so much after 22days they said the area doesn't come in their police station. Surprise after 22 days they got to know that area is out of their choki.they simply harresed us by calling now n then.
