I invested in this project in 2012, the possession was suppose to be given in July 2013, but every time I talk to them I always get a new possession date (the current new date is July 2015) and still no sign of project completion, really fed up and struggling with this developer and looks like I wasted my money by investing in this property, Please help me if possible

Meadow vista residence

Hi,

This builder running 3 projects in Delhi NCR (Meadow Vista/ skywalk RNE/ Skywalk GNIDA). Meadow Vista is the first project of this builder which should be delivered in July 2013 But till now Feb 2015 no work on site from last 18 months. This builder handover the Meadow vista phase 1 flats without basic amenities. even builder doesn't deposit the EDA charges in GDA it is 2 Crores but he deposit only 50 Lakhs. i suggest to you not purchase any Flat of this builder . After sold the Flat they will not reply the answer of your single query. I have attach the Current Snap of builder site status.
