I anshu goyal have invested in commercial space no. 356 on 3rd floor, vardhman sng plaza, pari chowk, greater noida launched by above said company having regd. Office at- 112, indraprakash building, 21, barakhamba road, New delhi-110001. Under ‘assured return’ scheme @ 12%. As per clause no. 1.9 of the builder buyer Agreement, the company had undertaken to complete the construction of the unit In question on or before march 2014 in all respects and to render the unit fit for occupation and possession by the said period. Inspite of the fact that i have made the complete payments, the construction has not so far been completed. I came to know informally that there are some approval issues relating to parking, construction, licence clearance etc. Apart from this, it has stopped to pay assured return cheque from april 2014 Onward.in the past they issued the cheques for assured returns which also got bounced. I have also issued the legal notice to their directors at below address Mr. Harinder bashista/ mr. Vivek gupta/ mr. Raju verma/ Mr. Jaideep aggarwal Sng vardhman technobuild private limited 401-414, 4th floor c-block, plot no.58, shahpuri tirath singh tower, Janakpuri, new delhi – 110058 But this builder vardhman technobuild is such a fraud company that never listen to the investor, since they have received the complete payments from buyers. So they hardly bother. They are not making the assured returns payments, not depositing tds amount to the govt accounts and not providing the possession even after the delay of more than two years of the committed date of possession. My submission is that there should be some strict action against such fraud builders and the govt should not allow these builders to operate in future. I will strongly warn to all buyers to escape the builders like vardhman technobuild, to save the hard earned money. I am facing a similar issue. Lets form a forum and then approach the builder/court. They cannot get away with our hard earned money like this.

Hello, I am also facing similar issue with Vardhman SNG plaza builders. I have been requesting Mr. Harinder Bashishta to either return my money or give us yhe possession of the property but nothing is happening. He is not paying the assured return also.

Dear Sir,
I have booked/purchased a shop No TF-70/ 272 sqft in SNG PLAZA, Greater Noida from SNG Vardhman Techno Build Pvt Ltd on 02 Jan 2012 amounting Rs 14.58 Lac. As per allotment letter/agreement and clause 1.6, developer agreed/ promised to pay Rs 14960/- per month till date of offer of possession/ handing over o[censored]nit.
In view, it is submitted that since last Nine(9) month neither the unit completed nor any return paid to me. Also it is more than 8 year the unit not yet completed by developer.
In view of above, you are requested to kindly issue instructions to pay the AMOUNT Rs 14960/- per month and for balance period as agreed to pay till completion/ handing over o[censored]nit. Also requested to complete the project/ unit at the earliest please.
