[Resolved]  Vasan Eye Care, Ameerpet, Hyderabad — Not Giving Medical Case File

Sir Am Rajesh Kumar Methuku from Andhra Pradesh. As i went to check my eye sight to Vasan Eye Care which is located in Ammerpet, Hyderabad Branch.as all the required medical examination done by the doctor and they have to supposed to give my medical case file but they are not giving and they said its an company rule not to issue medical case file of the patient.I don't know what is the company rule and why they are behaving like this.There is no rule like, not to give or issue medical case file to patient in MCI Site.As consumer i have right to have my file from the Hospital.
