This is to bring into your notice that we had approached the Vasan eye care centre at Indira nagar Lucknow for the Lasic opearation of Miss Sonal anand. The Lasic operation was performed at your eye centre on 24th April 2015 by Dr Pushpraj. l. After the operation the patient had approached the vasan eye care centre numerous time with complaints of blurred vision and headache. but she was told that it is a normal thing and clear vision will be restored by 3-4 months. However due to continuous headache and blurred vision when we visited the eye care centre today and undergone the tests a power of 0.5 was detected n both the eyes and no proper reply was given as to why this has happened. Due to this the patient is experiencing a lot of mental stress. Request you to please intervene as this hampers the image of your prestigious institution. Excepting your reply at the earliest.
