I did go to vasudev adigas which is at malleshwaram 15th cross and ordered for a parcel of roti curry on the 31st august 2016 at around 12:15 pm once the parcel was done he refused to give me a bag to carry even though they had charged 5 rs extra for the parcel and the management said i would need to pay an extra 10 rs for the carry bag. I saw the person inside using plastic bags and giving parcel to people when questioned he said the customer had got the parcel covers and since the plastic is banned by the bbmp bangalore they are not authorised to give plastic bags. The plastic bags which i witnessed was crisp and was brand new which the hotel themselves had it at their place. Worst service worst management. They are looting money in the name of parcel charges. Bbmp please look into this as they are using plastic covers.
