I have approached vcare in the month of august 2015. I have hair fall and hair thinning. They suggested me biocell therapy for regrowth of my lost hair and hair fall. They assured me 80% of my original hair. So i have paid 56, 000 rupees. Treatment went on for 8 months. They used to suggest anti dandruff and hair growth spray if rs. 3, 500 each and supplements of rs.2, 200 every month.Initially hair fall and dandrufff seemed to be controlled. But from january month, hair fall and dandruff problem became worse. Even during the treatment i told to that doctor many times about my hair progress but no one bothered but used to write all expensive sprays. Again me and my mom went and asked about my hair, they suggested to consult senior doctor. Idid the same but he suggested me hair transplantation. I freaked out and asked that junior doctor and the branch manager, they are also suggesting me to take nest level treatment. I said i cant afford and they told me to get few tests to get done like blood test, hair mineral analysis etc. I submitted my reports and they are telling to get some maintenance sittings. But no improvement in my hair. No one is there to help me out. Mine is genuine compliant. Iam attaching some of the bills as a proof. Please help me to get good result or help me to get money back. Please dont go to vcare, its just waste of money.
